Managing Your Health Information Just Got Easier

Beginning October 26, Wentworth-Douglass will launch a new, more robust online patient portal – a secure way to manage your health information and communicate with your providers at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, Wentworth Health Partners, and across the Partners HealthCare system. 

Patient Gateway will replace all the former patient portals at Wentworth-Douglass, including NextGen, MyWDConnect, MedFusion (Cancer Center), and OrthoConnect.

Important! Your access to your previous WDH patient portals will switch to “view only” beginning October 23. You will need to sign up for a Patient Gateway account to continue to communicate with your physician’s office, such as sending messages or requesting refills, beginning October 26. Please call the office for requests between October 23-26. 

The Partners Patient Gateway website and mobile app offers convenient ways to:

  • Check lab results, reports, and letters from your providers.
  • Review the latest updates and visit summaries in your record.
  • Access your medical information 7 days a week / 24 hours a day.
  • Review your prescriptions and request renewals.
  • View conditions, allergies and immunizations.
  • Search patient education and wellness materials.
  • Pay your doctor bills online.

How to Enroll in Partners Patient Gateway

Any Wentworth-Douglass Hospital patient may enroll in the portal on either the website ( or the Partners Patient Gateway mobile app.

Current Patient Gateway users, who have accessed or set up a Patient Gateway account through other Partners hospitals, do not need to do anything more to take advantage of these benefits. 

There Are Two Ways to Enroll

1. Your provider’s office can give you an activation code and help you complete your enrollment in the office.

2. Visit and select the “Enroll Now” button. If you do not have an activation code, select “Enroll Now” again at the bottom of the page to begin the enrollment process without one.

We are thrilled to offer you this new way to conveniently manage your care online. Please reach out to your provider’s office if you have any questions. 


Who can use the Partners Patient Gateway?
Any Wentworth-Douglass patient can use the Partners Patient Gateway.

Is there a mobile app?
Partners Patient Gateway mobile is available for download from your phone’s mobile application store.

What should the patient portal not be used for?
In the event of a medical emergency, call 9-1-1. Patient Gateway is not appropriate for urgent care or emergency situations.

What should I do if I am having problems using Patient Gateway?
For technical support for problems such as logging in or a forgotten username or password, please contact Partners Patient Gateway Support at (800) 745-9683, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.

To contact technical support via email, click the appropriate link on the Patient Gateway website (i.e. questions related to trouble logging in; forgot username or password; technical support) and submit an email stating how the support team can assist you.


Current Portal Access

Access to these portals will become "view only" beginning October 23. Enroll in Partners Patient Gateway to continue to use a portal to communicate with your office. 

NextMD Patient Portal

Patients of our Wentworth Health Partners offices can request appointments, prescription refills, receive test results and ask the office general questions through the NextMD online patient portal. Once you register through your Wentworth Health Partners office, you will receive a link in your e-mail to login to the patient portal. For more information, please contact your physician office. Seacoast Cancer Center Patient Portal

The Seacoast Cancer Center offers you secure access to your Cancer Center health information online.You can e-mail questions, request appointments and medication refills when it is convenient for you. If you are a current patient and have given us your e-mail address, please check your e-mail for an invitation to the portal and set up your user ID and password. If you already have an ID and password, you can login here.


Wentworth-Douglass Hospital Patient Portal (MyWDConnect)

The MyWDConnect Patient Portal provides a summary of care from your hospital visit, including medications, some laboratory results and radiology reports, recent immunizations and allergies.
